I still have not received my package after 2 weeks. Ive tried contact and sending emails and still have not received a package or a call or email back..

My order was sent here and then sent back. It took too long to get it.
I had purchased a new phone and had no way of protecting it. So, I could not use it until I received my loopy cover. It was during the holiday, so I can understand some confusion. I tried calling, but their number was no longer in service.
I have ordered from them in the past with no hassles.
I love the product and will order again. It's just a bummer you can't contact a real person.

Charged for something I didn't order
I ordered a case this afternoon and was charged twice. When I was checking my bank account it charged me the $51 twice
Need to return item
No one has helped me resolve anything. I tried to call but the number was disconnected. All I want to do is return my case and get another one in the right size

I have bought these cases for all my phones for at least 10 years. When needing a new loop for my case they use to make you take a pic for them and then send a replacement 2-3 weeks later.
Horrible shipping of a warranty part. That was bad enough. Now, my case has cracked by the silent switch and it needs a new loop. These loops only last a year or so before spliting at the base.
Because they take so long to ship a warranty item, I usually just shorten the loop. Well now its to short and also needs replacing.
I go to the website to send an email with my pic of the failed case and loop. Now they want an order number.WTH?? I ordered them all from them.
They also are now stating this is normal wear and tear. That is BS. I bought these because of the lifetime warranty. There customer service is horrible if you need a promised warranty.
Stay away from Loopy. This company has forgotten customer service.
NO MORE SUPPORT FOR THIS POOR SERVICE COMPANY. Goodbye loopy You have lost another customer.

I just case in and its the wrong one
They said they can't do an exchange and I sent product back with not even getting all money back because they have 25% restocking fee just very upset I got the wrong case was super excited to be ordering my very first loopys case and really just not how I thought this was going to turn out I was hoping they could just exchange for the right one but that wasn't what happened
Ordered wrong size
Im messaging because I ordered a case for my phone and Ive tried contacting customer service many times trying to get the correct size in the same phone case it was the pink matte cheetah loopy I needed it for the iPhone 15 and I got the sent the iPhone 11

Having to replace a loop for the third time on 1case
I looked to see about ordering another loop for my case( will be 3rd one on I case that is less than 2 years old). I looked to order one and shipping was as much or more of cost of loopy! Could I get free shipping?
